  • The fastest path is the Resources Hub above or the 'Get in Touch' form. Once we hear from you, a real person follows up — usually within a day — to listen and connect you to the right partner.

  • No. Every connection, conversation, and resource referral is free. We are a community-funded foundation built to make help accessible.
